In the event of absence, all staff will notify Diane at least 48 hours in advance. The only exception is in the event of an emergency, in which case staff will be required to notify her as soon as possible.
There will always be at least one qualified primary staff person in charge whenever the provider is absent from the childcare. All staffing ratios and WAC capacity regulations will be maintained at all times.
