All children in full-day care will have a scheduled rest or quiet time each afternoon. Infants and toddlers will nap according to their individual schedules.
Children who do not sleep are still required to rest quietly. Soft music or stories may be used during rest time. Children will not be forced to sleep but will be expected to remain quiet so that other children can rest.
Please provide a labeled blanket for your child's nap. Blankets are sent home weekly for laundering.
