Parents must give two weeks' notice in advance of removing their child/children from the daycare home. This enables the provider time to seek a replacement for the child without interrupting her family income.
All childcare fees will be paid in advance, on the day notice is given, without exception. If any balance is still owing after care ends, that balance will be subject to late fees as described under the Childcare Fee Schedule.
The provider reserves the right to terminate services with two weeks' notice for reasons including but not limited to: non-payment, repeated late pick-ups, behavioral issues that cannot be resolved, or circumstances that compromise the safety of other children.
