Payment policies and pay periods Due to the fact that I am self-employed and my family depends solely on my income, I have, of necessity, established certain policies regarding payment of child care fees. You may schedule payment every other week, weekly, or monthly, whichever choice is more convenient for you. However, once you choose your payment schedule, I will expect payment on the exact due date. Please offer me the same consideration you expect from your employer. Failure to pay promptly could result in costly late fees, termination of childcare, and/or legal action. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated concerning this matter. There will be a $35 charge for NSF checks. Fees will be paid on a cash only basis thereafter. |
