Interview Before accepting a new family into my facility, and interview with the child's parents or parent is required. During the interview I discuss both your and my views on child rearing and development, in order to reach a common ground of compatible understanding. Other topics of discussion include daycare schedule, nutrition, goals, behavior, and any other concerns. Feel free to bring your child to the interview. Many times it proves to be very helpful in determining whether or not the facility is right for you and your child.
