Childcare Fee Schedule 6 weeks to 18 months $215.00 per week 18 months to potty trained $190.00 per week Potty trained through Kindergarten $180.00 per week School aged (Before or after only) $75.00 per week Before, after, early release $125.00 per week School age summer care $175.00 per week Before and after school only $100.00 per week *Overtime charges: $10.00 per child every 15 minutes after contracted pick-up time. *Late payment fee: A $10 late fee will be added to your bill for every day past due. *Weekly/fixed rates are based on a 5 to 9.5 hour day, and paid whether or not your child is in care. *Daily rates are primarily used only to determine your weekly/fixed rate. In determining your weekly rate, I take the number of days contracted for and multiply that by your daily rate. Example: 5 contracted days @ $23 per day = $115 per week 3 contracted days @ $27 per day = $81 per week *If less than a 5 day week is contracted for, an extra daily charge will apply and will be added to the regular daily rate in each category, and multiplied into a weekly/fixed rate. The higher rate will be determined by the number of days needed and number of hours in care. (The reason for this policy is that it is very difficult to fill a one or two day slot left unfilled.) *If care is needed before 6:00 am , or if children are in care for more than 9.5 hours a day, an extra $5.00 per child will be added to your daily/weekly rate. *Combination rates: More than 1 child in care may not be possible in all instances and when possible, will be determined by the ages of the children and the number of hours and days in care. New WAC regulations now allow children to remain in childcare through the age of 12 years. Please note: When determining which category of payment your child fits into please be aware that children ARE NOT considered fully potty trained if “accidents” occur more than once a month, and/or if pull-ups or diapers are needed at rest time, and/or assistance is still needed in the bathroom. Until all three of the above mentioned stipulations apply, your child will fall into the 12 month to potty-trained rate category. Holding Fees If you wish to reserve a space in my daycare (two or more weeks in the future), there will be a holding fee, equal to the first two weeks, weekly/fixed rate established by the provider. Credit will then be applied to your first two weeks of childcare. |
