Cleaning & Disinfecting Procedures: • Toys and equipment will be disinfected with a chlorine bleach solution weekly • Bathrooms used by daycare children will be disinfected daily • Toilet training equipment will be cleaned and disinfected daily Hand washing Practices Staff • After diaper changes or toileting • After coming in contact with bodily discharges such as stool, urine, blood, or mucous • Before food preparation • Before eating Children • After toileting • Before eating or participation in cooking activities Care of Bedding- Each child will have separate bedding. Bedding shall be laundered weekly. Each child's bedding shall be stored separately. Children may bring blankets from home, but it will be the responsibility of the parent to keep them laundered. |
