Reporting of Accidents and Illness
Should a serious accident (possibly involving stitches, casting or hospitalization), illness or death occur, both DSHS and the child's parents will be notified promptly. Any occurrence of food poisoning or communicable disease will be reported to the Snohomish Health Department. Unauthorized absences will also be reported to the proper authority.
